Carter Davidson

Carter has 20 years of experience launching and scaling new products and services within start-up, emerging and scale-up companies. Throughout her career, Carter has built-out and scaled high-performance revenue teams within both B2C and B2B verticals across a variety of industries including: Cannabis, Retail, CPG, Sustainability, Travel & Tourism, Healthcare, Health & Wellness and Language Learning. Her most noteworthy achievement is taking Baker Technologies from beta concept to 1,200 customers culminating in a successful exit in a public offering after the company achieved a $250m valuation. Carter holds a BA in Spanish and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia as well as a Master’s in International and Intercultural Communication and International MBA from the University of Denver. Carter serves as a mentor with both Techstars and Newchip Accelerator programs as well as an advisor for various start-ups.
