Bill brings over 25 years of investment expertise, having served in both L.P. and G.P. capacities, including as Chief Investment Officer for two family offices, where he led investment teams and managed all investment-related activities. In addition to his strategic and operational responsibilities in these roles, he has served on numerous investment committees for nonprofit organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Currently, Bill is an independent trustee on the Winter Park Police Pension Board, where he works alongside fellow board members to oversee the administration and investment strategy of the pension plan, including asset allocation and manager selection across all asset classes. Bill’s career began as President and COO of Vantage Consulting Group, a Virginia-based firm known for its innovative approach to hedge funds, private equity, and resilient portfolio design. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles at both traditional and alternative investment firms, contributing to new product development, marketing, and client services, and has been a member of several investment committees. Bill has lectured at the Executive MBA program at the College of William & Mary and the MBA program at Rollins College. He holds a BSE in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
